Brewing Pot

I have been brewing with 20 qt. stainless pot for the last year and a half. I now use a 30 qt enamel coated pot and have used it 3 times for brewing without any troubles. Are there any potential problems that can arise from using it?

I don't see a big problem brewing with enamelware. The only thing I'd look out for is chipping or cracking of the enamel, which could expose the underlying steel. As long as it's in good shape, it makes a fine boiling kettle.
