Biofine Clear
I just used this for the first time recently. It's a clarifyier similar to isinglass but not an animal based product so it's vegan compatible. Only a small amount is needed in the secondary, and it works in a day or two to settle out haze. And by my results so far it works on yeasts and maybe even protein hazes. I had my brown ale that for whatever reason would not drop clear. Used the Biofine, waited two days and now it is brilliantly clear, amazing! Chris P. and I talked about it a couple times, and he's already been using it for a while. He also finds that it really works.
In summary, if you have trouble with a hazy beer, or want to speed up the clarifying process, give Biofine Clear a try.

This stuff is amazing!! I'm starting to use it for all my beers. A great clarifying agent.

Different than irish moss. It's a combo of gelatin and another clarifier.
