Looks like the brew master, Jim Cibak has a lot of local ties. Anybody know him? My sister-in-law passed this along. We're already making plans to check 'em out when they open.

Jim's a good guy. Original brewer at Crown Brewing, but left over disputes with the owners. Formerly at Firestone Walker and before that Three Floyds and Goose Island. I know Revolution is set to open pretty soon. They.ve brewed several batches of beer within the past few weeks, so there should be plenty to drink on opening day.

My wife and I finally made it up to Revolution a couple weeks ago. This is a really nice brew pub. Good food, really nice beer. Jim Cibak (the brewer) gave us a tour of the brewing operation and the cellar. Plenty of room to expand, and barrel storage! If you haven't been, it's definitely worth the trip. I just wish it was closer.
